COLLEAGUE TESTIMONIAL

Nate has the expertise to develop both conceptual and detailed estimates, clearly presented and defended for our clients. He has demonstrated confidence in reconciling his estimates with estimates, independently prepared by national construction managers, and in the process move the ultimate result toward his projected costs. This provides the benefit of delivering more value for our clients’ projects. There is an art to estimating, particularly when a project is not fully developed and not all components can be counted. That is the time when critical decisions must be made with the confidence that those decisions will be born out in the ultimate bid results. Nate has those capabilities and I have confidence in his work.

Providence College

Nate provided the estimating services for a 36,000-SF addition and a 70,000-SF multi phased interior renovations. He preformed initial schematic estimates for the addition and all phases of renovations. This included additional rounds of estimates during the SD and DD phases, after a redesign of the addition to bring the project into budget.
