Tracy Caisse, AIA, EDAC

Associate Principal / Architect

Tracy serves as a designer and healthcare planner who manages and provides technical expertise for SLAM’s national healthcare and medical education projects. She is also a director on the board of Professional Women in Construction’s (PWC) Connecticut chapter. In addition to serving on the board, she also serves on multiple committees focused on mentoring and providing opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. In 2019, Tracy received an Excellence in Mentoring Award from PWC-CT Chapter.

“I was the first woman in the history of my family to attend college, which has shaped my life. I had no role models in professional careers and had to learn a lot on my own. It’s important to listen and learn first, gaining the confidence and knowledge to become a leader. It’s rewarding to share my knowledge and experience with people from my background and see them succeed. I tutored in high school and college and mentor in my profession. I was drawn to PWC because of their Mentor Program and the intelligent and driven women in our industry.”
