Construction Management Estimator

SLAM is seeking an Estimator for its expanding estimating department within our Construction Management Division.    

Seeking motivated individual interested in a career in Commercial estimating. SLAM will provide mentorship under our Chief Estimator; performing Duties including quantity take offs, unit pricing updates, cost estimating and hard bids;  Assist with maintaining data base; evaluate comparative cost of alternate building systems; assist architectural teams with their budgeting options and price checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• minimum of 3 year’s experience required in commercial and general construction estimating.
• proficient in Excel, & On-Screen, and basic knowledge with estimating software (Sage, Procore or other systems);
• Strong Computer skills
• Construction Management or equivalent 4-year degree preferred.
