Mentorship

Our culture is one that supports mentorship, staff development, community leadership, and work-life balance throughout your career. Roles on projects, opportunities for advancement, mentoring and learning opportunities are diverse and plentiful. We assign junior staff a role on all projects and encourage engagement in industry organizations and knowledge-sharing through local and national groups such as Professional Women in Construction, AIA and ASLA. Many of our experienced professionals hold leadership roles at these organizations. The firm has developed relationships with various schools and actively promotes diversity in the workplace, at our job sites and in our community service.
