Our studio structure provides emerging designers a range of opportunities for them to serve in a variety of project roles that will advance them as professionals. Project teams are structured so that emerging professionals are involved from the early stages of conceptual design through construction administration. What sets us apart is the continuum of involvement team members are given on projects. The same employee that documents the project can follow the project through construction.
