SLAM provided construction management services for a new three-story, 36,000 SF luxury condominium complex with 16 high-end units, a 3,500 SF landscaped rooftop terrace and an at-grade internal parking garage. Units include 850 SF one-bedroom, 1,650 SF two-bedroom, hardwood floors, tile baths, granite counter tops, laundry facilities and secured covered parking.
Constructed on only a three-quarter acre urban lot, the tightly choreographed construction allowed trades to proceed in a manner that avoided gridlock. The building was prefabricated off-site as much as possible, to minimize on-site congestion. This resulted in reducing the projects duration by two months and saved the client approximately $90,000.
